These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of the TeacherHubPro platform ("Platform"), operated by TeacherHubPro, LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our").

By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Services

TeacherHubPro is a subscription-based Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform providing:

• Digital lesson planning tools
• Academic tracking and classroom management
• AI-assisted educational tools
• Interactive learning resources
• Institutional administrative features

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features at any time.

3. Eligibility

Users must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Provide accurate registration information
• Maintain account security

Institutions are responsible for authorized personnel usage.

4. Account Responsibility

Users are responsible for:

• Maintaining confidentiality of login credentials
• All activity under their account
• Ensuring compliance with applicable education laws

5. Subscription & Billing

• Subscriptions may be monthly or annual
• Payments processed via Stripe
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled
• Fees are non-refundable unless required by law

Enterprise contracts may be governed by separate written agreements.

6. Acceptable Use

Users agree not to:

• Use the Platform unlawfully
• Upload malicious content
• Reverse engineer the Platform
• Use AI tools to generate harmful or unlawful content

7. Intellectual Property

All branding, software, and proprietary systems are owned by TeacherHubPro, LLC.

Users retain ownership of their uploaded content but grant a limited license for processing and display within the Platform.

8. AI Disclaimer

AI outputs may contain inaccuracies. Educators must review all AI-generated content before classroom use.

9. Data & Privacy

Use of the Platform is governed by our Privacy Policy.

10. Limitation of Liability

TeacherHubPro is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid in the preceding 12 months.

11. Governing Law

Governed by the laws of the United States and the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico.
