Data Processing Addendum (DPA)

Scope of Processing

We process data solely to provide contracted educational services.

Types of Data Processed

• Educator information (name, email, school)
• Student data as provided by educator
• Educational content (lesson plans, grades, attendance)
• Usage data for service improvement

Security Controls

• Encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS)
• Secure cloud hosting
• Vendor data protection agreements
• Role-based access controls
• Regular security audits

Sub-processors

We may use sub-processors to provide services. All sub-processors are subject to equivalent data protection obligations.

Data Retention

Data deleted within reasonable timeframe after contract termination, unless retention required by law.

Data Breach Notification

We will notify the institution of any data breach within 72 hours of discovery.

Data Subject Rights

We will assist the institution in responding to data subject requests related to access, rectification, or deletion of personal data.
